SYNOPSIS -

For several years now, there have been quiet but rather insistent rumors in the field of UFOlogy that claim that the black budget ET oriented projects have left Area 51 in Nevada and have relocated to Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah. Any truth to it? Dunno. Just yet another fantastical story that makes for great illustration fodder.
