Techniques used: multi layering, multi kaleidoscopes, multi gradient fills with layer effects, polar/rotate 180 degrees/rectangular projection of inbetween version of the image pasted onto itself, scaling, hue shifting, image masks of selections of image filled with gradients and then fade effects, more layer blend effects, text warp plus text blend effects, kaleidoscopes of parts of the image pasted as a sublayer onto itself.
Technically this could be considered a fractal because I pasted the image onto itself.
