Up Date.
Because I have made the statement a number of time in several FaceBook Photography groups that a cool way to do some differing BnW images is to convert a channel to a full BnW image. Doing this is the same as the good old days working with color filter and Pan BnW film. And yes they did make blue filter back then. Very expensive and hard to find but yes even blue filters.
So here is 3 images. One each color filter of color channel converted to a full BnW image. Converting is way better then using a software that just changes to a BnW. There is way less noise. Way less. Converter software does not address the noise problem from color to BnW....
First is the red channel, Second is the green channel, and Last is the blue channel which just rooks in my thinking. And what do I know. I am the one going senile.
The high rez of theses image are very, very clean. Interested to see how much is lost by FaceBook?
A walk around this last Sunday afternoon down by the Ohio River. Cox Park I think it is called.
Finding the perfect tree. And the late winter yellow light of late afternoon.
This is a well used camera by I. And has a lot of age on it. As a digital camera it still holds it on with all the new advanced cameras that are on the market today. With a manual 180-dgree plus lens on it. I say plus because it will image a few degrees behind itself. 200-degrees maybe.
I am standing only about 2 feet from the tree. Kinda cool I think. Yes, this is a true multi-exposure HDR image.
