achilles shieldmaidens diablo red

one of the earliest shots of the agility based achilles, diablo red. this is from my mecha comic  achilles shieldmaidens. my bit old nerdy ove letter to the mecha genre and everything  i loved about it. if it hits you as familiar, it should. this is one of those things where i can point at every one of my influences. with diablo red my biggest influences were weltall id from xenogears and eva unit for its  agility and  dagger battle.

later on diablo gets some epic upgrades as do all the other mechs
