[XPS] Lilly Kane

Heya there! My 5th port is here, I was planning to port her in some time, along with Mignon, but she'll have to wait a little, for now, here's the Geese's Right Hand's sister: the cute Lilly Kane, in the KOF story she's Joe's girlfriend. Her fighting style resembles Billy's but with Laundry Pole instead of a Bou Staff that Billy carries.
