Eleking II is a possible descendant of the Eleking from 1997 that was discovered by by Spike and Rarity on the beach of Coney Island as an infant. The two decided to adopt the young Eleking, and take him back to their apartment. One day, when the kaiju Dinosaur attacked, Mebius was summoned to fight it, but found himself outmatched. The baby Eleking suddenly grew into adult size, and helped the ultra against Dinosaur. After Dinosaur's defeat, Eleking became the capsule kaiju for Mebius, and would be summoned when necessary.
Powers/Abilities:
Can spew a powerful bolt of lighting from his mouth
Can fire yellow, crescent-shaped bursts of electric energy from his mouth
Can launch bolts of electricity from his tail
