Opinions of the new Angel O'day, Version 2?

Picture updated after change.  I gave up upgrading my V4 characters through applications.  On the left is the V4 version, while the right is the G8F version.  Since I'm creating newer versions of my V4 characters, I've decided to go all out.  This is the first.  I've noticed that there are certain similarities and differences between the two versions, but I think the newer version is better.  Opinion?
