Cave Bear

The largest and most formidable apex predator in the Ancient Steppe, the cave bear is one of the top predators of the region. Though like most bears, they are omnivores and can eat fruit and vegetables, they also tend to eat honey on occasion. They sleep in caves and hunt in the forest and steppe, using speed and power to tackle prey like baby mammoths, Giant Elk, and Aurochs. They are grumps and preferably want to be left alone, so give them space.
