I wanted to make him in MMD as first but I couldn't find any good stage for him, so I just jumped to XPS and I didn't really need that in the end.
I'm sorry for colors of those balloons...I was thinking that they will have much brighter colors but they didn't have.
But I hope you like what I just made.^^
